Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ceg.ag website and related services (the “Website”), operated by CEGStake AG, trading as “CEG Group” (“CEG”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Who we are
CEGStake AG is a Swiss company registered in Zug. Through the CEG Group brand it presents five businesses spanning real-estate brokerage, company formation and accounting, fractional and tokenised property investment, short-term rentals, and property acquisition, and provides information about related investment opportunities.
2. No offer, advice or solicitation
Information on the Website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax or financial advice, nor an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any financial product in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful. Any investment is made solely on the basis of the definitive contractual and offering documents for the specific product, which prevail over Website content.
3. Eligibility and onboarding
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into contracts.
- Access to investment products requires successful identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks.
- We may refuse or restrict access where required by law.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, scrape, disrupt, or infringe the rights of CEG or others. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
5. Intellectual property
The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos and the CEG and CEG Group names and marks — are owned by or licensed to CEG and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial viewing.
6. Markets and availability
CEG Group’s businesses and investment opportunities are offered across the markets we serve, including Europe, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. Availability of a particular product or service may nevertheless depend on local law; it is your responsibility to ensure that using the Website and any product is lawful in your jurisdiction.
7. Disclaimers
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Forward-looking figures and projections are estimates only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, CEG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or investment value, arising from use of the Website. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CEG against claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
10. Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on the Website with its effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue.
