Cards ordered through CEG Stake come with Axiome Pay Gold status, which normally requires holding 20,000 AXP. Gold lowers your top-up fee from 4% to 2.6% and applies to every card on your account.
A one-time fee of $50 for the virtual card or $100 for the physical card. On top of that: a 2.6% top-up fee with Gold status, and a small payment fee – $0.25 per payment with the virtual card; with the physical card, $0.10 only on payments under $1.
