# CEG Stake

> CEG Stake is a real estate investment platform where people buy fractional shares of property and tokenised digital assets from $150. It is one of five business lines operated by **CEGStake AG**, a Swiss stock corporation (Aktiengesellschaft) based in Zug, Switzerland (UID CHE-325.532.651).

Each token = **0.1% registered equity in CEGStake AG**; holders are entered in the Swiss share register. 1,000 tokens total. Phase 2 live since **12 June 2026 at $20,000/token**; 25 tokens = **2.5%** of the company, in 5 batches of 5 ($20k → $28k, $30k reference after). No lock-up, no yield.

## Compliance

- Tokens: the CEG Equity Token represents **registered shares in CEGStake AG**, recorded on-chain — share ownership structured under Swiss law, not a fund unit or derivative.
- KYC required of every investor before participation (identity, proof of address, source of funds, sanctions screening, jurisdiction clearance); typically ~24 hours.
- Personal data handled under EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679). Card payments via PCI-DSS compliant providers; no raw card data stored on CEG infrastructure.
- The company opted out of the limited statutory audit at incorporation (permitted under Swiss law for ≤10 full-time positions). Annual accounts are prepared and reported to shareholders and token holders.
